Pipex sneakily scrapping Xtras

Anybody with Pipex who has been racking up their loyalty points (Xtras) in the hope of redeeming them for something decent (some chance!) should be warned that they have until the end of September to redeem them as Pipex are dropping them.
They're keeping very quiet about this of course.
I'd love to know how many points I have but as the useless MyPipex website is so utterly hopeless now (and has been since they "upgraded" it) either:
a) I can't access it at all as I have apparently logged in incorrectly (I haven't)
b) My points haven't been updated since May anyway
I'm in agreement with others who have feel that Pipex has abandoned its longstanding customers in the quest for new ones. Customer service has gone to pot, the customer website is rubbish and they are no longer the quality ISP they were a year ago. Every good thing comes to an end sooner or later, I suppose.

After deciding to leave pipex three weeks ago (after three years) I've quickly redeemed my points for vouchers. Don't expect I'll be able to use the vouchers anyway but nothing ventured...
My points have also not been updated since May - have emailed them - and ignoring "response in 34 hours message" I'm hopeful they'll come back before I'm cut off.0 -
MY advice is don't even bother with the Loyalty points. They are almost impossible to use.0

Couldn't even print my voucher out, had to send off for it I let them keep it couldn't be bothered.Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)
