    its is def hemp of some sort, whether it has any THC in it I don't know..... Might be an interesting experiment to leave it and see what it does! :)

    LOL, when I saw the photo I thought, now does the OP not recognise that :) We had some growing from bird seed too years back. Try getting the local teenagers in to identify it :)

    You would know if it was a cannabis plant, would smell as you walked past. If your bothered get rid of it.

    Definatly a hemp plant that will most prbably have self seeded from the bird seed. It is similar plant to cannbis but can vouch for the fact that it does not have the same effect as cannabis as my neighbour and I once tried to smoke it :o I hasten to add it was quite a while ago and we were both a bit drunk. They can grow to about 6 feet though so you may want to get rid of it.

    Some years ago now, some wag added cannabis plants to the large planters that stood outside the police station in our town. I think it was some time before the police discovered them; certainly not before the press found out.

    A shame, because it would have made this story, but the police station wasn't in the High Street! ;)

    We had something similar in the market town near here. Some one had planted (or may be it was a bird pooing a seed?) a cannabis plant in a tub outside a shop in the town. The police did notice it though :)
