Orange increased line rental without informing me!
 I have recently been going through some finances and found that orange have increased my mobile phone line rental by £10 per month, by cancelling my customer loyalty when I upgraded. Although I changed my phone from a LG Viewty to the basic standard Nokia, I would consider this a downgrade! I was in receipt of 2x £5 loyalty, both of which I have been getting for over 2 years. When I upgraded, I simply wanted to change my phone, I asked for the same deal. Had they informed me this would negated my loyalty I would not have bothered, and bought the handset!
Can I do anything about this, I do anything about this!
Please help me!:(:(:(

You don't say when you upgraded, so that could be a factor. However, you should ask them to check the records for what you agreed to when you upgraded. There may be a recording still on file.
I would take the position that you simply wanted to continue with what you had - including loyalty discount - and get a new, basic phone.
Unless they have a record showing that you agreed to something else, then it's your word against theirs.
But if you upgraded 6 months or more ago and have done nothing until now, it doesn't help your case.0 -
Any loyalty bonus is only for the length of the contract, if you upgrade then you lose it and you should try to Negotiate a new loyalty discount, and if you dont upgrade you still lose it:beer:0
