Selling iPhone help

Hi guys, i've had my iPhone 3G for about 15 months now. It's been ok, but last week i had to upgrade to OS4 and it's utterly pathetic, not only that, ive had problems downgrading it etc. Basically, the whole experience has put me off Apple completely, and their customer service has been woeful.

I'm paying £35pm until October, so another 3 months. Mazoomba (or whatever it's called) has offered me £144 for the phone, and id be quite happy to sell it now and get myself a new phone, probably from a new provider.

Can i do this, or do i have to wait until the phone is officially mine to sell it?

you can sell it whenever it doesnt matter i know of people that have taken out a contract with one phone and traded in for another at cex or sold it and used a cheap phone

you can sell it now and pay up the contract if the network want to pay ball

So i could phone o2 and ask to pay up the contract? Then just sell the phone?

What would you guys suggest I do? Is CEX a better place to sell an iphone than on the web?

you dont need to pay your contract to sell your phone you could sell your phone at anytime and use a different phone on your contract
