One word of caution about the '90 day feedback' rule. It doesn't work. It is quite possible to leave feedback after that especially where one party leaves it on day 90. My only neg ( a retaliatory one from a NPB) on a minor id was left 5 months after auction end.

    So now do i:

    a: refund, then double neg
b: send out item, then leave feedback, neg, netural or non (not sure yet)
c: take the money and do a runner! :D(not that i will get very far since it wasn't much)

Dont do 'c' - dont run and take the money as that would be more like theft and they may try doing a dispute with you and prove that they have paid then you would be in deep doo doo!

I would be tempted to send out the item - make sure its sent recorded delivery though so you know it has got there etc. Wait for them to leave feedback and see what they leave you as to what you leave them.

Considering the problems this buyer has given you (and my very bad mood right now) I'd be very tempted to refund and then give them a neg.

ok, new problem. I just checked my ebay acc.

Not long after I closed the dispute the buyer finally paid. Suprise suprise, wondering if its the 2 unpaid strikes that finally caught her attention? (maybe shes a member here) :rotfl:

anyway the buyer still has not communicated with me, not even a "sorry for being late" Not sure if its because she is now blocked, there was no note from messages or paypal, either way i want this over and done with and never deal with these types of ppl ever again.

    So now do i:

    a: refund, then double neg
b: send out item, then leave feedback, neg, netural or non (not sure yet)
c: take the money and do a runner! :D(not that i will get very far since it wasn't much)

Having gone through, and closed, the NPB process, this transaction is over, isn't it? Refund, neg, forget? Unless you're feeling particularly benevolent, in which case send the goods.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

I would send the items then a neutral feedback.
I leave negs to those that never pay etc.
