ok i have a buyer winning 2 BIN, and within 15 mins she bidded on something else from someone, she paid them immediately, but not me.
This was 15 days ago. I've sent a few invoices and emails, no response. After 7 days I filed a NPB dispute for both items. Still no response, on the 8th day I closed them both. Now i'm wondering whether i should give them more time before leaving 2 negs?
Her feedback is 3 but i dont have to worry about recieving a neg since she did not respond to the dispute and she hasn't been active on ebay since then.
I have never negged anyone before, but this buyer is seriously pushing me towards it. I really hate timewasters.

I'd neg her now.The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0

Remember, Feedback can be left within 90 days so there is no rush to leave your neg.
I have had people pay me upto 30 days after the auction, if i were you i would hold on at least for another week or so:beer:0 -
Email her and say that negative feedback will be left if you have no response within the next 7 days. Then leave neg if you receive no response.Happy chappy0

Dont give them any more time - they have had enough already - just neg them - they cant pick and choose what they pay for out of their winnings!Weight Loss - 102lb0

Yes, but sometimes it's decent to give someone a last chance to explain themselves. I've had people pay me 4 weeks after the end of the auction, generally after I've phoned them up.Happy chappy0

It's a shame ebay aren't so understanding with the collection of their fees.0 -
I think you should leave negative feedback, the buyer has had many opportunities to contact you if there was a problem.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
No point in waiting, the NPB process is finished, she's had plenty of opportunity to respond. Fill yer boots.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
Negs are double-edged swords if the buyer hasn't left feedback yet - they could leave neg at day 89 too ! Personally I rarely neg unless remember to set a day 89 reminder on Outlook ! If someone is taking the Michael on a consistent basis then they will get barred via 3 strikes rule - feedback doesn't always mean suspension. However if its a just a blip e.g. being dozy and forgetting to post something before jetting off on a 2 week holiday then as long as fullsome apology is offered a neg is not justified.0

ok, new problem. I just checked my ebay acc.
Not long after I closed the dispute the buyer finally paid. Suprise suprise, wondering if its the 2 unpaid strikes that finally caught her attention? (maybe shes a member here) :rotfl:
anyway the buyer still has not communicated with me, not even a "sorry for being late" Not sure if its because she is now blocked, there was no note from messages or paypal, either way i want this over and done with and never deal with these types of ppl ever again.
So now do i:
a: refund, then double neg
b: send out item, then leave feedback, neg, netural or non (not sure yet)
c: take the money and do a runner!
(not that i will get very far since it wasn't much) 0
