CPW High Level Complaints
Hi guys,
Im really struggling with CPW at the moment, I thought I had my issue resolved with CPW after speaking to a person in the higher Complaints Dept but the lady I spoke with never updated her notes with our phone call and she won't get back to me, is there an email address that goes above standard customer care (who really aren't very helpful)?

He will not reply but one of his staff should.
Be polite and start your email with:
"I am sorry to have to bring this matter to your attention ........I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
