3 Mobile delivery problems!

Been lurking on the forums for years but only just signed up.
Ive upgraded to an Iphone 3gs on the 3 network. Arranged for delivery today and waited in for my phone. Called 3 up to get my tracking number and found out that apparently it had been delivered this morning at 10:30.
With me being in all day i know that it hasnt been delivered. It says that it was signed for by an SAE. Anybody else had any issues with parcels apparently being delivered and signed for by unknown people.
3 are looking into i was just curious as to if anyone else had this issue.
