    If you are not working or on benefits you should get the course free. I'm on low income and have got help for my last few courses. There is a quick calculator on the site where you put in your income and benefits and it tells you how much help you should be able to get, or for more detailed information give the finance department a call. They are usually really helpful. Also information on open events in your area on the website.
