hey all

when i took out SKY HD, i had my existing box installed upstairs as part of a multi room sub.

I keep getting hasseled by Sky about my boxes being unplugged from the socket. i know it's part of the T&C but frankly, i only have one socket, and it's not accessible via the cable due to patio doors etc.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone last time, explaining that i was having major works done, as a result, the boxes are usually unplugged during the day (this is the truth, albeit distorted).

The rep said that this was no problem, and that the letters were sent out automatically. For some reason, it was showing that i have a third sky box (i don't, i've never been charged for it either) and this was what was causing the error. Anyway, after re3cieving another letter this morning, i've decided i'm going to cancel HD and multiroom. Does anybody know what channels my existing multiroom box will continue to recive after i cancel the subscription? It's only really watched by the missus, corrie, eastenders etc so it's no big hassle to me - and i'll save £20 a month!

This is the list of FreesatFromSky channels. If the multiroom card is cancelled you will also lose FIVER, FIVEUSA and Sky 3.

Depending on where you live you may also lose FIVE, though this can be added in manually into 'Other Channels.'

Easiest way to find out is to pull the multiroom card out the box. You'll see right away what you're left with.
