Tesco Mobile - can I sign my wife up instore?

Hi

I am going to get the missus a iphone4. Anyway - if I a lucky enough to get one instore, can I sign my wife up for a contract on her name, or does she need to be there with me?
Or is it easier for me to get a contract in my name, and then can I port her current cell number in to that contract?

Of course she needs to be there with you if you want it in her name, as she'll have to sign for it.

Of course you can get a phone contract in your wife's name without her being there. You can also get all your gas and electricity billed to your neighbour's dog. Next time you mow the front lawn you could also try going down to your local BMW dealer and using the cuttings as a deposit on an M5.
