Since November 2010 to January 2011 i have made a load of windows for [text removed by MSE Forum Team] AKA Abbey Windows and delivered most of them to him. He still owe's a lot of money for these jobs and has been uncontactable since January. If anybody has any contact with [text removed by MSE Forum Team] or had any news at all, i would be appreciative if you would let me know.

really think you need to check your facts out, or at least announce which company you are!! Guess that wont happen.0 -
I am interested in Energy Savings Fund mentioned in earlier posts via Abbey HI.
Seems that ESF (who is a person not a limited company) and a company called Energy Efficient Windows and Conservatories Ltd, were warned by the ASA about misleading adverts back in MArch. It is suggested they offer energy grants or discounts for via approved installers, only ASA didn't like what it heard. heres the adjudication http://www.asa.org.uk/ASA-action/Adjudications/2011/3/Energy-Efficient-Windows-and-Conservatories-Ltd/TF_ADJ_49970.aspx
Just a word on energy grants or green deal grants. The green deal consulation is not yet out, even when it is it doesnt become law until October 2012, even then we dont know if it will work, so anyone offering GOVERNMENT grants, cash back, loans is unlikely to be true. Dont get conned, check out their claims
sashmanBuying quality goods which last, should be an investment that saves money. :T
Buying cheap products which fail, wastes money and costs twice as much in the long run. :mad:0 -

Yes, Dan Smith was the owner of the company, but it was Les who i dealt with ALL of the time. I am from a company called Classic Trade Centre (don't know how that is important). If anyone knows any contact details of any of these 2 people, please PM me the details.

Hi everyone,
[name removed by Forum Team] I am chasing [name removed by Forum Team] Integral Home Improvements. He owes us thousands of pounds and we cannot get hold of him anywhere.
I'd appreciate it if someone can describe roughly what this man looks like to see if he simply waited for the Abbey Home Improvements company to dissolve in order for him to set up Integral Home Improvements and continue as a cowboy tradesman.

Hi Lisa,
My partner and I are currently going through the same problem with [name removed by Forum Team] integral home improvements! We are starting small claims court proceedings as we have a conservatory that is half built and needs pulling down and have not heard from him for 2 months after 7 months of hell dealing with him.
I have a couple of numbers for him and have recently spoken to a friend of his so may be able to pass on some information if you would like me to send it privately please say.
We will do anything to help as know how much of a cowboy he is and would not like it to happen to anyone else. If we can share information that may help us both get our money back.
Many thanks0 -

Hi Grahamk-4,
Thank you so much for your reply. I'm sorry to hear he has done the same with you. We have also signed up for an orangery to be built and an extension which needs to be taken down as well.
I'd greatly appreciate it if you can send the numbers to me in a private msg. Also, I am prepared to share as much information with you to track him down to get our money back.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
