3 contract

i have two 12 month contracts with 3 which run out in october - anyone know the best way to finish these contract on anniversary - give notice by phone?email?letter? - also what is the best time to give notice - 30 days before end of contract date or now or when?

You will be able to give notice now,according to my discussion with 3 today whilst re-negotiating my contract,and it will expire on the anniversary of the day it started.

Remember,you only have to give a minimum 30 days notice,so you will be well within your right to do so now.They told me today,that verbal on the phone was enough,but I never trust anyone who says that,and always give written notice.

But why not barter with them over a new one?

I've just done so, (See my posting in 'Any good deals direct with 3') and if you work hard enough with them,you will probably get what you want,especially if you have 2 contracts with them at the moment.
