Does Sudocrem Really Help Acne?

I was wondering anyone could help me? Im a 33 year old male and at my age I still seem to get alot of spots on my face. I eat a mixed bag of food sometimes I eat healthy and some times I eat abit of junk like macdonalds like most people do. I do have a coke a cola acddiction and I was wondering whether all the fizzy drinks…

Re bio-oil. I bought my teenager some Aldi scar/stretch mark oil the last time it was on offer, to try to clear up some eczema marks on her legs.

It turns out she's been using it on her face, and claims it's far better than any of the more expensive things I've been buying her. And she has desperately sensitive skin-we have bottles and bottles of things in the cupboard we've bought and then found she can't use.
