Make some real money off Tescos mistakes

Tesco phased in Tesco Direct in September 2006, therefore finishing with the old Grattan (service used for tescos non-food deliveries). however as a result, grattan have been a little difficult in passing over customer records, therefore if you argue enough, tesco will manual safe refund any item under £150 by taking the customers word.

You will need to advise them it is an electrical product still within its year guarantee, and it has developed a fault. tesco will check there crappy system which displays about 50% of orders, if it is not there they will probably check with grattan. but grattan are not 100% sufficient with their records anyway. TESCO KNOW THIS AND WILL PROCESS A REFUND, just give the advisor your payment details.

If you have bought a non food product from Tesco Extra/Grattan pre september 2006, this process can be actioned also to obtain a straight refund back onto a valid payment card
