my husband used the £1.60 best voucher today and that was fine (and it's allowed, it's not store sepcific) so it's worth buying best just for that. the burgen one didn't work for me today either, the self scan said it's not a recognised product. it's for cranberry bread, not normal bread.52% tight0

DRAGON-SLAYER wrote:The magazine and the chocolate bar are in a cellophane wrapper. All the mags at my local store were like this. Perhaps some hungry shelf stackers unwrapped all the mags at your store and ate all the choccie bars! :rotfl:
Thanks for that. The mags at Cheshire Oaks definitely didn't have them then. They weren't in cellophane. The staff must be very hungry there if they'd nicked all the choc, there were hundreds. lol.
I will try my local store, glad I didn't get it now.
LittleBill, thanks but it wasn't December's issue, they had those on the end of the checkouts for people to take free.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0 -
Picked this up by accident because of the free Ok celebrity fashion special that comes with it which I wanted to read. it costs £2.50, and is dated Jan/Feb 07
The Ok special contains 5 coupons worth 50p each off Ok magazine, dated all use by march 1st. barcoded but couldn't see nch anywhere - should scan easily though.:j0 -

Talking of free chocolate...I'd just like to say thanks to the person who first posted the Eve magazine / Green and Blacks chocolate competition on this thread (it was also on the 'Freebies' board but I saw it here first). I got my chocolate yesterday - what a nice early Christmas present! :xmassmile :beer:0

You're welcome Happy shopper, I'm glad I could help. :A I'm still waiting for the chocolate to arrive (I applied later, when a similar offer was printed in Grazia magazine - many thanks to kipper for posting it ). I just hope I'll get the chocolate before Christmas.
