Can I clarify something with the Sainsburys mag.....all of the coupons listed totalling £13.75 - are they Sainsburys' specific or can they be used anywhere? I'm a Waitrose shopper with m'coupons!

Hi all, hi MBN, what a cracking thread, I've just printed off some Lancome sample coupons for when I go to London tomorrow, hope I get some, thanks loads op! The December Somerfield mag has an a lovely £37 of coupons on page 8 & 9, AND a coupon p57 for a free bottle of Fosters Twist, 'an easy drinking beer with a hint of citrus'. It says one per household but they just scan the coupon so if you've lots of Somerfields you can get lots of free beer. The mocs are

they are sainsburys specific. they say sainsburys magazine on the back, and the coupon says 'sainsburys' too. they wouldn't get past a till assistant i shouldn't think, unless that store had a policy of accepting other coupons. they would go through a self scan though.

so jealous of you all being able to use these coupons lol! my tesco takes one coupon if it's less than 10% of the shopping, and asda takes 10% of the shopping. that's tills or self scan, but i relaxed my morals this week and put a sainsburys £1 off wine coupon from the mag into the asda self scan yesterday so i suppose i could get 10% off each shop with sainsburys coupons if i was crafty but in both stores they watch like hawks and you can only put ten items through the self scan at a time. and the coupin has to be for £1 or less or the till beeps for the assistant.

10% is 10% though, quite a bonus!
