Most of the manufacturers have one, plus there's loads of enthusiasts sites which you can find by googling. But if you mean on Ebay then there's one on Ebay.com:

http://forums.ebay.com/db2/forum/Pottery-Glass-Porcelain/75 bit American centric of course but there are a few British posters on there.

It really depends on what you need to know ?

Hi and thank you for the reply, I have 2 identical plates/plaques Delft pattern. I know that they date back to 1901 to 1913, and wondered how much to list them for on e bay

Put them on at 99p for 10 days and let the auction process establish their fair value.

    Hello MrsA

"Hi and thank you for the reply, I have 2 identical plates/plaques Delft pattern. I know that they date back to 1901 to 1913, and wondered how much to list them for on e bay"

I'm not really an expert on Delft and would really need to see pictures of them then I can see if they are in any of my books. How do you know their dates ? All I do know about Delft is that it's more a style than a specific production area, as you can get British / Irish delft as well as Dutch.

"Put them on at 99p for 10 days and let the auction process establish their fair value." That may well be the case but they will go at 99p if you don't at least make a bit of effort to describe them and at least be accurate with the title and description.

Hi MrsA had a bit of a search around but not had any luck.

All I would say is that these plates are a pattern by Clementson called Delft, not strictly speaking Delft ware. So be careful if you do put them on ebay as anyone wanting to buy delft ware will not look at them.

Looking at Ebay and other places Clementson Bros china isn't that common. The other place I use for research http://www.replacements.com doesn't currently have any listed for sale either.

So best advice is to start them at a price you feel comfortable with and go from there. It really depends if you're after a quick sale or want to get a lot for them as they might take a while to find the right buyer.

    Hi Pembroke,
Thank you for your helpful response, I would really like to get as much as possible for them, my hubby has had a couple of strokes in 18 months, so unlikely to get back to work, so we really do need the money.
That is why I am desperate to find what I can about them, how to list and what amount to start the auction off.
I have seen plenty of Minton plates like this pattern, but not Clementson Bros.

To be honest if you've got loads of good china and it look like you have then you might be better off getting your local auctioneers in to have a look or take some pieces along to a free valuation day, they all do them just give them a call, their addresses should be in yellow pages or on http://www.yell.com/

Alternatively see if http://chinasearch.co.uk/sell-to-us/ has any interest in your items. They say they collect.

The problem with Ebay is it's a lot of bother if you've got lots to sell what with describing each item and doing lots of photo's to do the item justice and then there's the packing to keep it safe and arrive in one piece.
