Emailing Orange ?????????

I have Orange (wanadoo) broadband and for the last two weeks I have either not been able to get connected or when I do get connetcted my 8mbps speed is usually about 250kbps or less. I have phoned on the 0870 number a few times (usually 20 mins a time) because the numbers I got through SNT 0870 are always engaged. They have tested my line and say that there are known problems in this area (West London) since June.
Today after I finally got through again I asked for an email address to write and complain about the lack of service. To my total amazement I was told that Orange (one of the biggest telecommunications companies in the world) does not have an email address for customer complaints ! and I would have to write a letter !

What I would like to know is does anyone have an email or other address for anyone senior in Orange so that I can get my rant over to them before I terminate my contract. :(:(

Many thanks

  • sorry can't help you with that but just to say if you do get some info can you pls let us know as i have had the same problem in South west London - line has been extremely slow. I've managed to get thru with the number from saynoto0870 but nevertheless they say if it's a technical problem you have to phone another number so...... and that's when they refuse to give me my MAC code....I am SO going to leave them... useless, bad service and expensive when things go wrong...
