I am going Camping at the weekend and wanted to charge my mobile up while camping and would like to know if you can buy a charger that runs on Batteries so i can then charge mobile up without trying to find somewhere where i can plug it in.

So you didn't bother looking on eBay then? I typed in EMERGENCY PHONE CHARGER and got 399 results. In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0

I'd be tempted to take my regular charger and find an elecrtic source on site - perhaps in a bar/cafe - and ask if they'll let you plug it in whilke you're there. How often will you need to recharge anyway, if you only switch it on when you need to use it? You're going camping - how many telephone calls will you need to make?Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0
