It's full of things like that, just meant to scare people.
Just about everything can be toxic, if you consume enough of it, but consuming smaller amounts of it is beneficial.
Try going into a hospital and see how many of the 'medicines' in there are required by law to be locked in secure cupboards, because they are poisonous. Yet, given in the right dose they are also life savers.0
