Afternoon - have been lurking for a few days (actually maybe longer!).
Will have to order Shred - having lost a stone I've now put 7lbs back on - too many things going on at the moment.
Am going to Wales tomorrow for DS graduation on Monday - he has been offered a place on a Research Masters Degree in Military History so that is him sorted for another year!
Well done on all the weight loss Hypno - I need to get in the right frame of mind to lose the amount I need to do.
Have a good afternoon x0 -

i had not given any thought it might arrive before i left this weekend for 2 weeks (housesitting up north) so now i am in a dilemna?
do i take it and start, or do i procrastinate for another 2 weeks and enjoy my holiday??? decisions...decisions....decisions....
i know what i SHOULD do....:D
Do it. You won't regret it - plus if you're house sitting - surely you can do it there to?

Surfbabe you sound as busy as ever! I'm not surprised your mind is not in the right frame for dieting as well! When it happens it will happen well - but if your head is not in the right place then it is not even worth trying, in my experience as it only leads to a sense of failure.
I think that this is the longest I have been on a proper healthy eating/weight loss thing, and am now coming up to about 6 months in, so hopefully getting to the point where good habits are forming.
And I have a confession to make.....went to Fat face to try on the size 10s  They only had the regular leg which is far too long for me, but other than that, I am pretty much there! Could do them up, sit down, and everything!
So, the guy looked on the stock checker and they are like hens teeth in a short leg, with only 1 being available online, so hot footed it back to the office and ordered it pretty quickly  Had to put it on the credit card, but how could I have said NO to SIZE TEN JEANS?
I reckon I have a few more days of shred and a few more miles to pound before I am really comfortable in them, but as they take a couple of weeks to deliver, that will not cause me too much frustration!

Actually, yes, it does feel fab - I was so down when I had to buy those size 16s in December.......so this really is one of those "can't stop grinning" momentsSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Well, it will be a little while yet before they are too big for me! So they will get a bit of use yet.......then I will keep them for "fat days", you know the sort.....normally on the same day as the can'tbebotheredtomovefromthesofabadhairgotoutofthewrongsideofbed days:rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
