We still have plenty of leaves left to fall, so I will not feel guilty - even if all of you have beautifully leaf free lawns by the end of the weekend!

Yes, all is well with me, thanks mac - just doing veg risotto for lunch which smells fab :D

Hi, sound's like you had a good night last night Hypno.

With excess furniture might the new people be interested, when we left our last place we gave the new people first refusal, and they actually bought quite a lot.

Major panic here today, someone else was controlling our hotel bookings!!!!!!!!!!! This afternoon found out we were likely to be roomless/bedless tomorrow!!! Now sorted, but it was something that wasn't needed.

Still not fit enough for fitness rooms etc., but hoping it will happen soon. I really want to get back on track for the 5k by Christmas, but currently walking around the local town is enough :(

Anyway, new hotel, new city tomorrow :)

Haha, don't feel guilty for legging it, P - I feel guilty for only having one tea bag in the house - what sort of a 4.30am start is that when your host can't even make you a brew? Shocking, and I apologise!

So, I had a good day yesterday - went to the football, then went out drinking with the guys afterwards, so rolled in quite late last night and reminded myself once again that I am not as young as I used to be!

Today is a ski day - it is our club champs which is always a very relaxed occasion (well, relaxed with competitive undertones) with a hog roast and fireworks at the end of the racing, so if the rain stays away for most of the day it will be fab.

But, of course, first comes paper rounds, etc.....some things don't change, however late one gets in!

    Have a good day xxx

Enjoy your day, don't know what the weather's like on your side of the country but its a beautiful fresh autumn type day here in the North West.

    RE: Leaves
We don't have a garden, much less any trees, but why do the leaves from every tree in the park end up on my front doorstep?

Have a great day Hypno - I did clean the leaves yesterday. And was agood MSE day - went to M&S to buy and chicken and they were half price (a year ago would not have noticed at all). Today, we have to visit IKEA (unfortunately).

:) I do have have a couple of trees in the front - but I did before, and I never had to sweep the path - now, they're practically blocking the front, its weird!

Hypno, a lovely day yesterday, and today sounds like its going to be fab as well, how wonderful!
