Well your dripping is doing better than my exercise Hypno. OH had some major complications, that combined with the World Gymnastic Championship squads and entourage taking over the hotel making it difficult to even open the door of the fitness room (german team female gymnasts blocking the floor space doing exercises) has put things on hold - admittedly not many people can come up with such excuses!! I think it finishes Saturday or Sunday, so will be on catchup next week.

By the way it's freezing here too.

Gosh, se - I wouldn't want to be competing for gym space with German gymnasts!!

Do they put their towels and water bottles on the equipment before anyone else is awake?

Its my 25th wedding anniversary soon too I think I need to test drive a new model especially as it is now going to be a complete non event but OK when I have worn him out I will send him over to you as long as you promise to send him back :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just remembered - have you seen a movie called 'Green Fried tomatoes in the Whistle stop caffee'? There was this clasic scene where couple of young girls in a sports car sneak into a parking space and tell a menopausal woman that they are younger and faster. She rammed into their car 9 times and explained that she is older and has better ensurance. Agree....

I am definitely heading towards the menopausal side and I just don't think that cheaper insurance is going to compensate me for the bits I am losing. I would rather keep what libido I have got and use Quidco for the moneysaving.

Morning - happy Friday to you all. I know I have broken my rule about logging on before work, but payday was due and I couldn't resist checking to see if it was there (it was late last month).....but, hey, I have been successful most of the time with waiting until I get to work, so I don't think I am doing too bad.

Payday has, indeed, arrived, so number crunching will take place when I get to my desk. I have to pay half the training costs for DS to go to Norway.....so a big chunk will be gone at the outset.....ah well, its ok, we don't actually need to eat very much lol.
