hypno i have come to the conclusion that hoping for some sleep is the wrong thing to hope for. I have had some sleep the last 48 hours, but only broken, painful and frustrating. I should of course been asking for loads of sleep......ho hum.
so will try that tonight.
proud mummy as DS2 got into the representative team at touch. Still he will be having interesting sundays with 2 hours of training now in the afternoon instead of 1:eek:

You have to ask for a specified amount of sleep, and indicate what time you wish to wake up as well.
Seems though, that I need to take my own advice on the subject!
