Thanks joshua! Although I am finding the positive thinking thing much harder this morning - I have a stinking cold, and have been up all night as a result. It will be better once I have gone to Boots this morning to get something for it, but it was a pretty lousy night and I have a cotton wool head this morning

I feel grotty too today Hypno. Very headachey and very cold. Hope you feel better soon.

Had a weekend of nearly solid rightmove, searched 5 counties and got a 'long list' of 111 that on a quick pass tick the minimum wants list. Cutting it down now, it's currently 35. But need to search a final county too today and get the 35 down a lot further. Then hopefully will have a sensible list, and can map them and then tomorrow we can start phoning to schedule viewings.

Morning all,

sorry to hear about colds - this one has hit our house as well and Little Boy is off school with it. He has taken to knitting (apparently learned from YouTube while I was away but I could have not taught him anyway - knitting is one of the things that defeat me) so a long knitting day ahead.

I am feeling refreshed after a very good night sleep and will rest at least this morning - in the afternoon I'll start working again.

The house is covered in plastic - the guys doing the bathrooms are here and trying to keep the house clean. Implication - no cleaning for two weeks :eek::j.
