Yeah but is not a really specialist job - I was told only to employ a master carpenter!

Doing sash windows? My brother is a carpenter and he says they are a total b1tch to do because of the weights and balances in them. Even as an experienced carpenter he would avoid messing with them unless he absolutely had to.

Amateurs, avoid like the plague!

Morning - it is tipping it down here, which does not bode well for paper rounds or my run this morning - oh well, maybe it will clear up in the next half hour.....

scratches done - 10ps only, but one took me to payout, so I have requested my tenner and will keep my fingers crossed that it arrives.

So, plan for today is to run, then gloss as much woodwork as poss with mum, then clean ourselves up and spend some of my clubcard vouchers in cafe rouge for dinner to say thank you to mum for all her help over the last couple of weekends.

I hope you all have a good day x

it's raining again.........looks like it is going to be one of those days!

I've undercoated another 1 and a half door frames, and will be heading off for a run in 10 mins or so. I don't really feel like running - would rather get on with the painting, but don't want to let run chum down.
