Morning, sounds like its a good job you have a week to recover!! What a brilliant break, I told DH all about it, but unfortunately DS is terrified of rollercoasters after an incident when he was young on what was supposed to be a harmless childrens one:eek:

Shred is still in its wrapper but we do have a good excuse that we have all had a bad bug, which has turned into summer colds, but it gave DH a head start of having lost 11lbs - he is very proud of this as he hasn't even had to do a star jump :j

pippa, hope you all feel better soon - well done on the weight loss all, even though it was not in the most desirable manner!!

My two biggest payments came out today so my sig now shows a nice improvement. Shame it will stay at that level for the rest of the month! Oh well, it is heading nicely in the right direction!

I have a lot to pack in the coming week - need to flylady while I have the chance. Plus, I have two days "work" on the download site to do, which hopefully will pay dividends in due course. And of course the usual supermarket shopping, getting up to date with the washing and ironing, blah blah blah. Oh, and of course being the jovial host to my current student.

And I need to get back into the Shred habit, having had a week off.....prob need to start on level one again!

Wow, look at the new sig :j. If a bit of download money came in and you magically found something of value for ebay you could be in the 7's.

How's the car claim going? Did the skiing the other week aggravate it or the hand and neck/head injury you got from earlier in the year?

Hooray, Hypno's back!! :j:j Sounds like you had an utterly fab time! And 80% off? How could you resist??? :j

I'm laughing and laughing at all these people doing Shred now - and all the people insisting they won't :rotfl:

I just did Day 6! :j Got into a routine now - in the kitchen, and switching the sound off and listening to Radio 4 instead - very civilised! :rotfl:

glad that you had a great time Hypno. I swum 36 lengths of the pool today, which probably equates to about 1 minute of shred LOL.

Pippa, the car claim is with the courts.......and out of my hands now. I have no ongoing problem with those neck/shoulder related injuries now, thankfully. My hand is still a bit of an issue - but is gradually getting better. It didn't cause me a problem skiing, but I do still have some "grip" problems with things like using the petrol pump at the filling station, or opening jars :o

But all in all, comes under the heading of "could be worse".

Have done a run to the tip with some rubbish, and will sort some more this afternoon/evening. Have also done some shopping so have enough to feed the student for the next few days.
