    Well, the "overflow" workshop won't have much in the way of prep to do as it will be the same as the one I am teaching at the weekend, so that is fabby. The other one will need a bit of thought, but with MG's mindmaps, which make my lesson planning much easier, it won't be as much of a chore as it would have been in the past.

    So, all good :T

    I don't mind it, Red, I have done loads of Assertiveness at work, and Confidence building courses, so I can make a decent job of the self esteem one I reckon.

    Football was crap - lost 2-1 after taking the lead. Was very cold, but we managed to dodge the showers, which was the only consolation. Still, it got me out of the house :o

    Ah well, worse things happen. Hope you have all had a good day x
