Morning guys - I slept like a log last night, but was a bit sorry that the alarm went off as usual.....ah well!

Payday is on Friday this week - I am hoping that I can eke out my remaining few ££, and hopefully am more or less back on track after a couple of expensive months. Mind you, with Christmas coming up, there is obviously more expense to come, but I'm not going to go mad and everyone knows the score as far as presents go, so that will be fine.

So.....have a good week everyone, whatever plans you may have x

  • Glad to hear that you slept better last night but boo to the alarm going off!

Yippee to payday on Friday, that's always a plus in my book; it's hard to believe that christmas is just around the corner.

    Have a good day xx
  • Can't believe it is the beginning of another week..hope it will be a good one :D

I have been making up for my disorganisation earlier on in the year. I managed to forget most of the family children's birthdays oops. but that was at least in part because I thought I would be seeing all of them and so could get something 'when i was in the UK'.

So I have made up by sending the cards/presents for birthdays now, WITH their cards for xmas in there too ( they are all on money now rather than presents....). So that is most of the family done. Just need to get some present for some friends children. And I have some of them already:T
Glad to hear the boiler was an easy fix.

We are just putting away the top blanket off our bed, as it is starting to get a bit warm now.

Though today it was throwing it down, on the first day of the walking school bus, DS2 wasn't impressed!

SE hope your OH is feeling better soon

  • Hypno - I have a question for you if you don't mind?

The kids and I are coming up to Norwich with DH next week and we have found two shops in the city but wondered if there are any more? Also do you have to pay to go in to the Castle?

Okay so that was two questions....

    Thanks xx

There are two main shopping centres - both in the city centre, and plenty of other shops located between the two. It is a lovely place to shop!

The castle - yes you do pay, but if you go in for just the last hour, it is only £1, and this is what my kids used to do, because an hour was long enough for them not to get bored!

If you fancy coffee while you are here, give me a shout - I will pm you my mobile number.

    Hello!!!

Been away for a few days but just popping in to say hellooooooooo and glad your boiler is working again. I put ours on for a couple of hours last week but still trying to hold off until November before I put it on more. I know it's time to switch on when no-one can move in the house due to the number of layers they're wearing - still a few more layers to go!!!

P.s. I haven't coloured in any more squares yet due to some big bills but working on it!
