I don't mind it, Red, I have done loads of Assertiveness at work, and Confidence building courses, so I can make a decent job of the self esteem one I reckon.
Football was crap - lost 2-1 after taking the lead. Was very cold, but we managed to dodge the showers, which was the only consolation. Still, it got me out of the house

Adult Ed have been on the phone again with another 4 workshops for me to teach over the next few weeks.....:D
DS's reputation is intact as I received an email this morning selecting him for the squad :T
And at WI, I have once again stayed the same which is excellent news because it shows I am still in control :cool:
