Hmmm, am thinking rather than downsizing you should stay put, you could have a few MSE teaching days, teach us from your posh shed, then make us Shred and go for a 10 mile run, then we could all eat lots of take out and drink copious amounts of alcohol before you put us up for the evening - a fantastic day for all concerned and a money earner for you.:j

Sorry, mate, but my generosity of spirit has a limit - and its name is Richard Gere. So, the Universe probably understands that I am older than you and this should constitute a priority.
