A bit of advice regarding ISA transfer

Hello,
I've been saving with Fidelity for a number of years now in their MoneyBuilder UK Index Fund via regular monthly investments.
I was thinking of transferring over to H&L - mainly so I can have funds and shares in an ISA wrapper - but noticed that H&L charge a fee (0.5% + VAT) on this fund.
Should I look else where (Interactive Investor?) or is it worth selling the Fidelity fund to buying into the HSBC All Share tracker, which doesn't carry an annual charge?
Hmm, also just noticed that H&L don't have the Fidelity China Special Situations fund in their list - which was a total 'punt' investment on my part.
Anyway, appreciate any advice on this.
Thanks

Hi, nukebox,
If you want to hold shares as well as funds then HL is rather expensive. iii is fine, Selftrade and Alliance Trust are two more options.
ETA - I see that AT don't offer the Fidelity China fund.0 -
Thanks - decided to go with iii, transfer forms sent off today.
For others in the same boat, they're offering an incentive for up to £100 for transferring over to them - as long as they get the paperwork before the end of Sept. It wasn't a factor, but it certainly helps...0
