Pre-made Curry Sauce

Have you asked your local takeaways if they will make a batch of sauces up for you. If you order a few and then freeze them they might do them for a good price.0

What did you think it was?
MSG is normally obtained by the fermentation of carbohydrates and by using bacterial or yeast species from genera such as Brevibacterium, Arthrobacter, Microbacterium, and Corynebacterium. Yields of 100 g/litre[5] can be prepared in this way. From 1909 to the mid 1960s, MSG was prepared by the hydrolysis of wheat gluten, which is roughly 25% glutamic acid. Glutamic acid is one of the least soluble amino acids, which facilitates its purification.
It has the HS code 29224220 and the E number E621.I]citation needed[/I Trade names of monosodium glutamate include Ajinomoto, Vetsin, and Accent. It was once predominantly made from wheat gluten, but is now mostly made from bacterial fermentation

For those of you looking for a good Chinese curry sauce,
Morrisons sell 220g packets of Young's Chinese Curry Mix. We make this, we use the whole packet with five chicken breast fillets.
If you like, add onions and mushrooms. There are
two of us and we can get four big meals out of this. Just freeze
portions.
I now make my own egg fried rice and this has saved us a fortune.
I think it is just as good as our local takeaway but now we get four meals for the price of one.0
