I'm gonna be having a clearout tomorrow, is anybody in need of any boys clothes in sizes 6-18 months? And anything in particular? Do let me know and I'll be sure to keep them to one side and not dump them in the charity bag :)

I am starting to look for 12-18 - D doesn't need them just yet but I like to be prepared....... I would like to pay for them though!
Please pm me with sizes for winter coats, I appear to have tons thanks to multiple nephews!

Anything 12-18? As above though ;) How was/is your weekend in the big smoke going?
this is only picture of me at my biggest ... and tbh this iswhat i still see

SM, sort your head out :D:o You are very pretty and very slim - you are gorgeous! in a totally non lezzy way :o

Things have been manic here. D has started using his VTech walker to walk  He isn't quite 9 1/2 months ...... If you stand him on his feet he will take about 5 steps towards you on his own too . His sleep is still bad though - hey - he can't be good at everything though right *sarcasm*

    Is boogelly still on hols?
    Where is Fattybooboo?
Glam - are you still doing your mega sort out? Are you sorted for Wales? We are :j

  • So she had 1 slice of wholemeal toast, 2 chipolatas seasoned in black pepper (she ate one before it was served, the horace!) 1 poached egg, some mushrooms and some grilled tomato. She ate everything except a few bits of toast and then slothed on the sofa exclaiming how full she was, until my mum came past with a packet of cookies and she was right in about. She must have 2 stomachs, one for meals, one for crap!

Wowee! That is quite an achievement. Well done Keira.

Beenie, I'm the same with earrings on babies. one of the playgroups we go to sometimes has babies with earings in attendance and I can't bring myself to speak to their mums. :o

    MM Hellooo :)

We're off to Romsey Rapids today :)

I was just about to like someone else's cute baby pic on the Nuby thing, but then i noticed the baby is wearing earrings

I feel bad now but i can't bring myself to 'like' it, it feels like i'm condoning it :rotfl:

I did that too! I almost commented :o.
You know during my wide google'age of it, it's actually really common for a woman who's had a C section to get the C section "hang" as it's called. The surgeon asked me if I had had a C section, I was like no, do you see a scar? It's that bad! He must of thought my copious amount of stretchmarks were one :rotfl::rotfl:

If you are happy with it then who cares really, I'm not happy with mine and even worse now Keira has started going oh my mummys belly is on her foof  she's evil, she won't be laughing if she has my genetic crap saggy belly when she is older muhahaha

I have c-section hang, but I guess it's not very 'severe'. Put it this way- I won't be wearing a bikini any time soon, but it looks fine in clothes.

We love Romsey Rapids, Ladybird! It's not the warmest though so if Izzy has a wetsuit I would take it. If she doesn't then I'm sure she'll be just fine :D.

I'm working all day again today, and grandparents are having Henry. Who knows what they will let him eat/do , but I'm sure it will all be fine!

    Morning ladies

I'm after some more advice please. When I'm expressing breast milk is it ok to add what I've just expressed this morning into the the container(bottle) holding the milk I expressed last night? or should I keep it separate until he's ready to drink it? (this evening) I know you can't add milk to frozen milk but wasn't sure if it applied to stuff in the fridge. Also is it safe to store it in a bottle with a lid on top of the teat so that it's airtight? ie with the teat on, or should I just used the plastic lid that doesn't have a teat iykwim.

I'm worried that T's poo problems started after he had expressed milk so I'm very paranoid about doing something to upset his tummy again.

Hugs CAFC, I think it takes them a while to realise how much work is involved in looking after a baby and that they don't understand that sometimes you need a minute to yourself.

I'm still feeling dreadful, but Husband got up with Miss Molly this morning so I had a couple of hours of festering to keep me going. I'm soaking the labels off the baby food jars I'm planning to put home made chutney in right now

Gill, I used to keep a bag of EBM in the fridge and add to it till it was the size of a full feed, so two or three goes with the pump. It didn't seem to do Molly any harm :)

Edit: but I did put the bottle I expressed into in the fridge first to make sure they were the same temp before mixing - thanks Sami I'd forgotten that bit.

they need to be the same temp before mixing.
you probably shouldn't leave the teat on as technically it'll not be sterile but I never followed that advice with Chris's bottles (Ed didn't have any  ) and he never had an upset tummy.
