    Morning all,

Pinkpig have a lovely holiday, Weymouth is a lovely part of the country.

Red - the feeling violated part totally puts me off a coil!

MFD - fab picie on fb

3 - [STRIKE]Builder Dave[/STRIKE] SB must have had a job overrun, it always happens with these builders towards the end of the week!

SJ - I saw this on a site that was linked to on the grabbit board and thought of you :) I think there was a discount code posted too.

Apparently Boots have got lots of baby bits reduced including nappies, toiletries etc. This time last year they cleared out loads of stuff because I remember getting bottles, dummies, steriliser, bibs etc all at 75% off so may be some bargains to be had.

Thanks for all the get well wishes for Isla, she's a little brighter today but definately not right. When she's babbling you can hear a raspiness in her throat and she was up lots in the night burning up and generally not right. Watching youtube clips of elmo seem to help :) Is it worth going to see the HV at clinic this morning or would they not really be able to advise and send me to the GP?

SJ it wouldn't matter how late you left it, you'd still get there before Sami! :p

    Morning all.

Hope you get your finger sorted, Som. That sounds nasty.

Hugs to those who had bad nights, and gentle yays for those who had better nights. We had a much better night, going from 8-4 then up at 7:45. Almost back to normal!

Glad Isla is a bit better today, Boo. I would probably speak to the HV if you can although they might send you to the GP. Thanks for the Boots tip. I might have a wander down there today.

I've got a blooming non paying buyer on eBay- grrr......

Boo - It might be worth going for a second opinion but I suspect they would advise you to see a gp. They were able to give advice about how to help T breathe easier but said that if he got a temp/got any worse i'd have to see gp.

i reaally should move and get something done but T is asleep on me :)

I think I'll run over now, they finish at 11 but it's literally 2 mins away from home. I know they think I'm a paranoid mummy because I seem to be there permanently! I need to book an appointment for me too, I've got a mole that seems to have changed shape in the last day or two so need it checking over and a check up on my knees. We may as well get season tickets to the Dr's!

    Catch you all later x

My hoover is shoite!!! Keeps cutting out. Just googled and a million people say the same thing lol. I have 2 but the cylinder one doesn't get the dog hairs up off the carpet..

How much would you pay for a used Dyson? Like on eBay? They're a fortune new

I was eyeing up this one, wants £30 for it... what you reckon?

    Hello all,

Not been posting much this week, but lurking most of the time. A bit fed up this week, so not been feeling very chatty.
Glad everyone enjoyed the meet yesterday.

Have you checked the filters beenie as they get blocked up (esp with dog hairs) and then overheat and cut out. Only need cleaning and its a good as gold again. Or could be you only need a new belt. Both much less than £30 and you don't know if the one they are selling has problems! Dysons are guarateed for 5 yrs as well how old is yours?

Noo i don't have a Dyson atm, but i want one :D It's an Electrolux Vitesse and the crap all gets blocked in the hose, so i have to unscrew and and take it outside to bang on the wall to unblock it. And the filter gets blocked after 5 mins and it cuts out anyway and you have to wait half an hour for it to cool down and go back on. Had it ages but hardly used cos of this prob

I was gonna get it mended but after reading this i don't think i'll bother!! http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews-all-98539.html#tabs-menu
