Jillie - nursery is ace isn't it??? They have some lovely pics of J playing!

Jack now only has 1 nap a day for between an hour and 2 hours. He generally wakes around 6.30am and doesn't nap until about 12.30pm and then goes down for the night at 7.30pm.

I've tidied the living room, done a load of washing and put the DW on. And spoke to my Grandad for 50mins while I did it all. Just off to make OH's lunch as they will be back soon. Then bed, I'm very tired.

I keep meaning to ask what happened to your team member / boss situation? Did it resolve itself?

Um, was that from the other day?! :o

She went to my boss and complained about me, bringing up loads of completely unrelated stuff and involving other people by saying 'Well, so and so said this and so and so said that'. My boss told her in no uncertain terms that as she had been present during the initial discussion she had no issues with the way I handled it and it was unprofessional to bring up things from weeks ago and involve other people
    *put in her place* :rotfl:

What annoys me most is she acts like nothing happened

OH is back now, I have a dicky tummy and it's making my bum ache :(

thats like Kian. except he usually wakes bout 7.15am...he's my alarm clock for when i have work :rotfl: although i know sometimes he's awake earlier but is happy to play/chat to himself. now and again he sleeps till about 8ish and thats my lie in!! :D

have read some of the posts on stopping night time feeds on the baby whisperer forum. so am going to try a few things. one suggests diluting the formula so there is less and less milk but i'mm not sure about that one. i think i'm going to try replacing the bottle with his soother as that used to work till i was so tired a few nights and DH was giving him a bottle.... *shakes fist at DH*
