EA now you're married your debt is his problem as well as yours - why not put half of it into the debt, buy him his ugly jeans and save the rest for Christmas?

Good ideaI'll put it forward to him, its money coming from his Dad and even though im his wife and technically still family i dont want to tell him what to do with it.
How did you do that? We have 8 siblings, a niece and Lily to buy for this year.
Lily is getting about £100 (ish) but thats only on a trike and a push along walker.
The adults get a box of chocolates and i think we're both buying each other Kinect for the xbox.
I just told him some of your suggestions and said i would pay my £500 into debt and he can have his and he offered to pay his £500 into my debt
I suggested £500 into debt and £250 each.
I will try and move the rest across to a no interest cc.0 -

LOL - every human being on the planet managed to get their teeth through at some without starving
I know it is awful at the time but it won't harm her to have a little less food and milk for a couple of days. I used to give Benjamin rice pudding when he wouldn't take anything...at least I knew he was getting something substantial inside him.All said with the benefit of hindsight - I worried terribly when Benjamin was getting his top 2 through

A combination of the Debenhams sale (with some good codes), halfcost.co.uk (10% off code and I only buy when they have free delivery offers) and dealextreme.com. Try Approved Foods for chocolates, and look at Tesco and Argos for 3 for 2 on toys - or try Freecycle or ebay, Lily's not going to know any different.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I managed to get her to eat some fruity porridge mixed with a fruit pouch i found.
Which reminds me, my tesco has reduced a load of baby foods and cereals. Mainly cow & gate and the Plum Baby pouch things. So im not to sure if its just mine or nationwide.0 -
I can't remember who it was but thanks to whoever posted about the breastmilk storage bags at Home Bargains. I just bought eleven boxes which saved me £32 compared to the cost at Boots.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5
