i LOL with the cot turned upside down comment! What's for you won't go past you0 -
Ooooooooooooooooooh crabbit.
I spent ages this afternoon cleaning something for Husband and didn't get so much as a thank you. And then when he came home he started playing GTA right away and then when I asked him to amuse the baby for a while he asked me if it was going to be like this when I finish work, with him coming in from the office and me immediately expecting him to play with her! Um, yes?! Because she's your kid?! And if you're going to make her you'd damned well better share in her care, and if you love your wife make sure she gets a break. Pfft. I don't get it, he moans that Molly comes to me over him when she falls over or is cranky, but he does nothing to try and build that sort of relationship with her.
Still, he did put her to bed and that is nice.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Eep, I feel sorry for the Angel cot lady on Dragon's Den, but I don't see the point in the product. I first of all thought it was a portable bed sharing cot, which I liked the idea of, but it's not!
Hugs, SS but a little yay that DH put the Mollster to bed.

Evening all.... Elle, Rhys's teeth give me hope. Despite white shadows all over Molly's gums, nothing has actually broken the surface and her baldy gums continue to taunt me. How did the physio go? And was the consultant today or tomorrow?
Physio was fine ta. She doesn't think there's any problems, he just needs to be left to get on with it
However, consultant says he's not to be signed off completely until he can walk... grrrr!! He not "behind" for walking yet (compared to the magic "average"), she just wants to keep an eye on him  Always the same with her - she's a bit obsessed with Rhys' development (given she was the one who told us he wouldn't make much, I guess!
).
Other than that, everything's fine
She noted the lack of clear words but she's not going to do anything about it. Not interested at all in teeth
She's chasing up the next orthoptics appointment but they're hideously behind.
We next see her in five months (improvement on the three month gap we have been getting). She asked about kidney scans, but we're seeing Notts specialists next week so I'm to ask them. Last time, they did suggest he only has them at 1yr (had that last time), 2yrs, 5yrs and 10yrs, but he'll most likely need a transplant before then, so who knows *shrug* :cool:0 -
Elle, she probably doesn't want to not see his adorable little self any more

Aww Glam, J's little conversations with himself sound so cute!!
Another quick question, T had really mastered drinking water from his Tommee Tippee cup until about a week ago where it seems his teeth are getting in the way or he is biting the spout maybe, and lots of water is spilling back out, much like when he was learning to drink from it. He has 2 teeth at the bottom middle and the 4 top middle ones. Does anyone else remember this happening, Im hoping he re-learns soon as he keeps getting soaked!!Baby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
Hi lurking Bekki and any other lurkers.
V climbing out of her cot last night wasn't a one off! She did it tonight as soon as I put her down, then another three times to show me how it's done!
I'm upstairs now, on my phone, ignoring her crying at the safety gate on the bedroom door! What do I do to get her to stay in/sleep?
Hi there 3 - I have to confess at laughing at your video on FB!
have your tried V in a sleepingbag? It would mean she couldn't lift her leg high enough to climb out? (that is if she'll keep one on - annabel takes hers off when she feels like it).
or - have you a travel cot? they are ahrder to climb out of........
failing that I believe ikea do nice toddler bed? :rotfl: sorry I'm not much help I know....had a glass of wine!
I can't promise that all my replies will illicit this responser.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!

Yup, we'll go for that
Forgot to say, he's gained a massive () 5oz in a month... but, refreshingly, the consultant isn't bothered in the slightest
She just looked me up and down, said "he probably gets it from you" and moved on
