That sounds like such a typical girl! :rotfl:
Yesterday, V was walking to the wall with a crayon in hand ready to help decorate. I said 'NO', so she threw the crayon and fell on the floor crying and kicking her feet. Dramatic!?!
I least I know she knows what 'No' means.
My current cure for Benjamin's tantrums is to 'cry' back at him! He stops to come and give me a cuddle :A
Wonder how long that will last for :rotfl::rotfl:please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
Caitlyn just blatantly ignores no... Or Don't...
So my moon dough just arrived... Despite the crappy website ordering system... Will wait until Aimee is in bed before I fetch it out of the box and have a look, she's bound to appear if I try and look now...
SJ, the muffins worked a treatI put cheese in them and Aimee helped me bake them... She ate 3! Caitlyn wolfed 2 down with some leftover chicken... I will definitely do them again, they were so easy!!

Does anyone have an opinion on balance bikes?
Aimee's really pants on her bike with stabilisers... I wondered if getting her a balance bike would make her more confident... Or whether it's a bit too late for her now...
Just had a nightmare telephone interview thing for council tax benefit... They just asked all the same questions that they asked us when we went in to the office last week... And he asked if I could go into a quieter room because Aimee was reading Caitlyn a story... Then Caitlyn shut her finger in the book and cried... Then Aimee went upstairs and there was a big crash followed by a big wail because she'd dropped her polly pockets box on her foot... Then Caitlyn cried because Aimee was crying... Then the bloke said I'd get a letter in the post shortly... One arrived this morning with my name spelt wrong?! bloody palavar for £1.43 a week...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Why is she pants on her stabilisers Krystal?
Personally I wouldn't bother with a balance bike, just take the stabilisers and the pedals off hers.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

but it would definitely be a shortlist of 3 for me.
I didn't want to say :rotfl:
Having said that, it would have been difficult having three of us. Splitting the vote and whatnot.
Have liked B and V, and if you decide when you win that the Forest kit is too girly please ebay it at some reasonable price with a solitary pre-approved bidder :A
Elle, Rhys's teeth give me hope. Despite white shadows all over Molly's gums, nothing has actually broken the surface and her baldy gums continue to taunt me. How did the physio go? Lol, could do...
Because it tilts one way or the other onto the stabilisers she just stops and puts her feet down and whinges and I don't have the patience to listen to her whinging about falling off... She's a big wimp really lol...
I recon Caitlyn won't have any fear... Bet she'll be off stabilisers before Aimee...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... Do the stabilisers have different settings Krystal? Usually you can set them so they barely wobble (close to the ground on both sides) then you can raise them as child gets more confident so they are higher up and just catch them when they overbalance.
Sounds like she just needs to get her confidence.
We had a 'mare getting DSS to ride without stabilisers but we got there in the end through sheer determination and some 'tough(ish) love'. He would happily spend 24 hours a day on his bike now though.
I intend to teach Benjamin as early as possible - before he realises that his bones can be broken! :cool:please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
They're on the lowest setting, there's barely a wobble at all...
It's my fault for pumping the tires up, should have left her riding on them flat lol... I also think the saddle and handle bars need adjusting, but she's still a wimp...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
