GISI I am also outraged on your behalf, that's really inconsiderate. I generally tell people when planning a wedding to "forget the guests; it's YOUR day" but not to the extreme where a guest wouldn't be able to eat! It's a bit like only providing alcoholic drinks when there are people attending who are tee total, you wouldn't do it would you?!

GISI - that's apalling! It's so inconsiderate to invite someone to a wedding and then not have anything to feed them.....and who in their right mind would put veggie quiche on a plate with beef! I'm not a veggie and I wouldn't eat quiche that had been in the beef juice!

If anyone needs school tights for their kids this place are having a sale tomorrow only with 50% off. Not sure how good the sale will be but I get my tights from there and they are good.

A weird but mostly good night here

D went to bed at 7, woke up at 8 then stayed down until 2.45 :j

He then stayed awake until 4.45 but then slept again until 6.15 :j

All in all, a good night :T

I hope everyone else had a good night too x

Morning All

Been up since half four, My next door but one neighbour was burgled and their car nearly stolen, they are away on holiday and I am looking after the house for them. Feel terrible for her she was burgled just after Xmas and has just got all her stuff back, have been round and can see they have taken the Xbox, an IPod, the wii and I could not see the laptops but I'm hoping she had the sense to hide them.

Am still feeling a bit shaky, its times like this I hate OH working away!

Anyway I wanted to ask, if it was you would you want to know or would you rather find out when you got back from your holiday? (am not going to tell her until she gets back I don't think but wondered how other people would feel?)

Also not sure what to do about Millie, she is going to notice the damage and that the games consoles and car have gone but don't want to tell her they were burgled, I don't want her worried about it happening to us, we are feeding their rabbit and lizard and OH is away so kids have to come round to the house with me.
