How old will E be when his l'il sis arrives?
Mel! I am very sorry I suddenly had an epiphany and recalled that you made the post above last week when I was busy and somehow I never replied to itI do apologise.
It was a nice bbq and OH is definitely feeling better for the last week now which is good. She still needs to crash for an hour or two most days when I get home from work.
E will be 2 years 4 months when number 2 arrivesI am sure he doesn't grasp it in any real way yet but we have referred to 'baby sister in mama's tummy' quite a few times now, and this evening he did a thing he often does of randomly saying "Mama, dadden!" and pointing at me, only this time he went "Mama, dadden, sister!"

There was progress today with my anxious doggy, she coped really well being left for 4 hours, house wasn't wrecked
plus she wasn't that stressed.
My action plan worked - half hour walk this morning, no tv on to be switched off when we left ( a big hint for her) and left the front curtains closed so she couldn't see Katie and I walk past the window - might get DH to speak to the neighbours to see if they heard any barking. I also made sure that our exit was quite calm, quiet voices, no doors slamming etc.
