Im being lazy and we have sausages :p

Aunt Bessie is aiding us in this roast dinner too.. :o

I have so many ideas for our garden, but due to lack of money and the fact we dont own the house, i cant follow through on any of them.

The LL is being lovely and letting us re plaster the living room. The top half is all artexed and i hate it.
  • Doh! We are out with mil. She was reading my santorini book when she sat for us last night so I mentioned that she would be welcome to join us if she wished....she said she couldn't really afford it and then literally 2 minutes later she got an email on her phone with a request to book her villa in Florida for 3 weeks so she could afford it after all! Me and my big mouth!

    Good for your LL.

Aunt Bessie is good like that.

I need to persuade DH to sort the kitchen out first - that's the deal I cook he cleans it :)

I'll let him have a cup of tea first he's just finished an 8 hour overtime shift.

He nearly made me crash the car on the way back from the IL's last night - he confessed to buying a stand for his motorbike, he saved up his petrol money that he didn't use and it was reduced by 50%, at least the moneysaving is rubbing off on him.

I've just put a chicken in to roast. Having aunt bessies yorkshires with it, and roast potatoes, carrots and parsnip, stuffing, home made gravy and sweetcorn! Can't wait!

Oh and I have cleaned the kitchen today, cleaned the washing machine (thanks for the tip Krystal) and been to the gym. Go me! :rotfl:

I'm also about to make Wakey Wakey Cakeys for Alfie's breakfast / lunch on the run.
