Sorry, just catching up.
SM I took your advice and confronted OH this morning about his smelly breath, he told me it was smoky bacon monster munch!!! I didn't fall for that one so then he admitted he had been 'bored' while waiting at a train station and had one. I told him he was not to touch Erin if he had another and he has promised not to. I also told him to throw the rest of the pack out with the rubbish which he says he has done. I will be keeping an eye on him from now on but seen as he doesn't lie well I think I'll know if he does. He also said part of the reason was stress at work so I think we need to sit down and have a chat but I've come down with a fever today and have a horrible headache so I think I will leave it until I'm feeling better. At least we had a nice day going to see Toy Story (didn't cry at all) and shopping (Ikea and boots), I was freezing though even though it was 24 or 25 degrees!
SM, what time should I aim to get to/leave Birmingham so I can book train tickets. I will arrive at New Street as well.
I'm off to bed now, night all.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Jenny Is there such a thing as smokey bacon monster munch? I'm a monster munch fan and thought they only came in beef, pickled onion and hot/spicy something?
MFD I'm just feeling sorry for myself! I've had worse months - i'll be ok Friday when the b'stards come back to me with a full refund, DLA phone to say they've made an admin error, the person OH bumped into phones and admits responsibility, Lil'Sisters boyfriend comes back with tail between legs and her boss phones and says he made a mistake. :rotfl::beer:0 -
Wow you lot have been chatty tonight. Go ice a cake and come back to 4 pages to read! All went in and out I'm afraid as I'm tired tonight. Hope to have a good night's sleep tonight though as busy again tomorrow.
3 get yourself to bed and make August that bit nearer!
Congratulations Mrs Moc0 -

Spoilsport!
Ive had people tell me they won't b/f because it ruins your boobies!
I'm so tempted to whip mine out and say these have fed two (and another for a couple of weeks)
...I'm trying to forget the sight because I thought they looked great pre-photo seeing
although OH said the photos were just bad angles (but then he is prob lying coz he loves me)
They do look fab in a bra though :cool: so the general public will never know my saggy secretBefore I go;

I'm FUMING at DH. He KNOWS how we put Finn to bed and deal with nighttime wakeups now, but because he had some sort of random hissy fit, he's messed everything up for the night and now i've been up every hour in our former style. So cheesed off as he knows it works, just requires a tiny bit of patience that pays off by not being up and down all night. So not what i need when still recouping! Grrrrrrrrr...top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

MOTM, tell Lucy to check the Next sale online, they have some gorgeous maternity stuff at the minute.
not that I was looking or anything
Hate that EA, really annoys me
(I mean losing auctions by 1p, not sippy cups!)
I'll get her to take a peek when she gets upWe're going shopping today as well. Want her to get all her all the art & craft materials she wants as well to keep her going throughout.
It's good not to lookladybirdintheuk wrote: »Yaywhen I had my initial GP appointment the GP I spoke to was about 2 weeks ahead of me, so we were comparing notes :rotfl:.
I got a list of things to buy from Toys R Us I think. Just beware that a lot of things they list are really not completely necessary.
Major things to start comparing/thinking about now would be furniture (crib/moses basket if wanted, + cot), buggy, car seat, sling. One bit of advice one of my friends gave me was to try out buggy soonish (even if you don't buy just yet) as you walk differently when you are more pregnant.
Other than that you need to think about what you are planning re nappies (disposables - do you want a nappy wrapper, or if you are going for reusables then a big bucket and whatever else you need for them?) and feeding (ie do you need to worry about sterilisers and bottles?
And bedding, clothes etc you might want to wait till you find out what you're having (you did say you were going to find out didn't you?)
.
I'll make a note of all of those things and to get a Buggy sorted. I would not have thought about looking at one now, but it's a valid point about the walking.
I suspect it will be disposable nappies. It's what the girls had. Not asked Lucy yet, but she's looking to me for pointers. I have a little more experience than her with some aspects.
Feeding bottles etc is something we can get early. Again, not sure how she will want to feed as not been discussed. So many things...
We shall find out at the earliest opportunity what gender the baby is (do you call it flavour here? :rotfl:) I believe it's week 20 though?got-it-spend-it wrote: »
Congratulations Mrs Moc! I feel like we have a flurry of pregnancies at the moment what with Mrs Bruno, Mrs MOTM, Krystal....is there something in the water?
 Don't give Lucy any ideas about aisles and bridesmaids :rotfl:0 -
