Mine too, thanks Krystal, you shouldnt have.
I didn't, they were a thank you from Aimee :) (along with the note and picture lol)

    *remembers vaguely Krystal had to...*
Yeah I had to... Waste of time really but surgery protocol... I had to do a pee test with Aimee and Caitlyn but the Dr didn't bother this time... Probably figured I was qualified enough to know the signs 3rd time around...
Oh and DH seems to think we shouldn't bother waiting til we get back from MIL's to start weaning as he doesn't see how it will be any hassle, any opinions?
Probably a bit late on this now lol... It's not too much of a hassle in the early days if you're doing it the [STRIKE]lazy[/STRIKE] BLW way... Just pick a bit of something off your plate for him to eat... And it doesn't matter much if you don't get chance to give him solids now and again... The food is just an extra to the milk so they don't notice the odd skipped meal...

And my tuppence worth... Caitlyn was born somewhere in the 90s and dropped down to around 12th centile last time she was weighed... My HV kept asking me to come in for fortnightly weighing... I didn't feel a need so went about every 2 months... Last time I went they never even mentioned it...

do you have to avoid gluten before 6mths? don't bikipegs have gluten in them? I know they go minging when they've had a good dose of slobber tho! I prefer a cold stick of carrot ;)

I gave Lily a carrot stick/chunk. She went crazy for it and was actually upset when i took it away... :rotfl:
When i gave it back she wanted it so much she was snuffling and grabbing at my fingers.

    This girl loves food.

Official congrats to MOTM & Lucy!

My mum used to give my siblings tea or coffee in their bottles in the morning when they were very young

Am i mean if i only give Lily milk or water when she's older?

I want her to see juice as a treat :o

    Thanks all. Much appreciated.

We have all talked and we will start to get things, bit by bit. It may be a bad omen, but Lucy doesn't believe in them.

Any suggestions on where we should start would be appreciated. I'm guessing as long as we have it all by the birth...

    Lucy will need different clothes....

EA, Aimee never had juice... I always said she could have juice when she was big enough to ask for it... Now she is, she just gets herself a cup of water or moo milk... Caitlyn loves her water, she drinks 2 or 3 cups of it a day (that's why she has a 4+ night nappy!)

Jack leaked a 4+ last night

3 beakers of water during the day plus 3 bottles from 7pm to 7am

EA - Jack used to refuse water & had juice, now he just has water & milk.
