It's out of this book
10oz (270g) Jar Apple Sauce
4oz/115g/1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
4oz/115g/3/4 cup raisins (I just used some mixed fruit I had in the cupboard)
2oz/50g/1/4 cup demerara sugar (I used dark brown soft as no demerara)
2oz/50g/1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1oz/25g/2tbsp sesame seeds
1oz/25g/2tbsp pumpkin seeds
3oz/75g/1 cup rolled oats
3oz/75g/2/3 cup self raising wholemeal flour
2oz/50g/2/3 cup desiccated coconut
2 eggs
For the seeds I used a combination of sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and linseed as I them ready mixed in the house.
Oven 200C 400F Gas 6. Grease and line 8" square tin. Mix Apple Sauce, raisins, sugar and seeds, mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Add the remaining ingredients and gently stir until combined. Tip into the tin and level. Bake for 25 mins or until golden and firm. Cool in the tin, lift out and cut into bars.
I beat the eggs before adding them. You could use any combination of fruit and seeds.
I've cut them into little squares, which are adult bite size but snack size for Katie.
Enjoy!Proud to be dealing with my debts

What do you think of this dress for the blessing???
Please forgive me for not knowing, but is this your blessing or someone elses, I know you probably said but I can't remember!
Maddy was a 3.5 F shoe today, but we got her cruisers as I think the first walkers are still a bit hard for her feet (and rubbish colours in that size), Erin was *still can't believe* 6 D.:eek::eek:Too many children, too little time!!!0 -

Mel it's lovely but I wouldn't feel comfortable in a halter neck all day, my bazoomas are too big!!Sarah_Joanne wrote: »Double oops! I always have to stop and think what you mean when you say PW! Got there in the end though.
Sorry - the Practice Wife
Things are slightly strained with the PW today. This morning she said to hubby that we had agreed to look after DSS for 2 weeks of the summer holidays, which we would love to do but I am not sure how she expects us to have him when we are at work!! We did say we could work it out to have him at least 1 weekday a week for the next 4 weeks until he goes on holiday as well as the usual weekends but quite where she got us having him for 2 weeks solid I do not know. When hubby said we never agreed to do that she started ranting about him twisting things 'again'.
Anyway, it will all work itself out I am sure. She flips like this every now and then - there is a reason hubby didn't practice with her for long :rotfl:please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

It is not too over the top...I would possibly wear a cardi with it though to hide my flabby arms. Which would also help to dress it down a wee bit.
MFD - Unfortunately I haven't got a problem with big bazoomas;)...in fact me belly probably sticks out further!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
