  • Argh, Aimee just put big brother on... Someone save me!

    Ah, it's ok... It's finished...

Glad you're getting around a bit Delain, I'll be the same as you with a funny walk by the end of this pregnancy... Thank goodness I'll have a pushchair to hang off this time round though lol...

It's good you've got a good and supportive GP too... That's half the battle sometimes...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

FAO Next: you men's knitwear is also crap. Nobody wears dip dyed jumpers - we now live in the future, where such things are rightly abominated.

No wonder their sale prices are so low - they clearly found a time capsule in their warehouse.

Glad you're managing ok delain, it can't be easy for you.

Hi all, I feel really ignorant most of the time :o, I can never remember who, where, why or what is going on:(. Anyway enough about my mental problems.

I am home alone:D just had a bit of a pamper session, tried to fall in the bath rather than out (which is what usually happens).

Happy Birthday Jack and Alex, hope you all have a wonderful day. x
    Hello Angel.
Krystal good luck with the backache hopefully it won't be as bad this time. x

Sounds lovely! I was home alone for about twenty minutes, should have been longer but the Sovereign of Stench pooped as they were heading into the underground so the trip was heavily curtailed.

(I think Molly might have pooped, too)

I got half an hour alone this morning before my driving lesson... I managed a shower and a bowl of rice crispies I didn't have to share... Such luxury...

  • Ava got weighed on Thurs and shes not put on as much as they would like she was between 50-75 percentile when born went up to over 75 then dropped 3 weeks ago 2 just over 50 now shes just under 50. The HV said I'll have to take her back next week to get weighed and quote " I know we say bf is best but u might have to top up with formula we'll decided next week" Had my 5 yr old with me chattering , Ava was screaming as she was in the nude so I didn't have time to discuss in more detail but I'm not too keen on this. Can any breastfeeders remember how long their little ones feed at 12 weeks Ava only feeds for about 10mins at the most but she feeds very well not messing about strong swallowing, then she latches off I offer the other breast but shes not interested. The HV says she should be feeding for 20-30 mins each time ( I do feed her every 2-3 hours apart from ar night when she gos a full 5 hours). Just after general advice really as I never had any problems with my first child ( don't remember feeding her for 20-30 mins).

    snip

    Sorry for mammoth post

You do what feels right for you!!! HV told me to come back more often to get Alfie weighed, and to add in extra feeds. I didn't and he's just fine. He dropped over 2 centiles but is so happy, content, sleeps though, alert, developing well etc etc.

You know YOUR baby so don't feel pressured into doing anything you don't want to!!!
