Finding number of watchers on an item

I am naughty aren't i!;)"I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."0

I sometimes watch BIN items, too. Often I'm bidding on a similar item and the BIN is plan B in case the bidding goes too high. Sometimes, I'm just waiting for eBay payments on stuff I'm selling first so I can use money from my Paypal account balance.0

I often watch "buy it now" items if I think they are priced too high to see if they sell.
Also when someone has an auction running with buy it now and bidding at the same time Why does the buy it now disappear when a bid is placed.
for example.
dinner service - buy it now £10
Starting bid £1
If someone were to bid £1 the buy it now disappears and it stays as a bidding auction. I don't understand it :embarasse0 -
I watch items so that if I am interested in the seller and other items he might be selling now or in the future it makes them a lot easier to find from the "my ebay" page.0

Well I have 2 bids on item finishing today and 7 watchers - they better all bid!0
