The total postage is £8.50 because I refuse to send anything using an untrackable method thus I use Airsure for international buyers.
I think this is going to go on for a long time. At the end of the day she didnt contact me for a quote(as requested) before placing a bid.

If you can be bothered you could try explaining to her, in words of one syllable, why the postage is incorrect and why you have refunded it - twice. Failing that I can’t really offer any practical advice. Stupidity is spreading like a plague and it’s not just confined to the Americans (although they do seem to be very good at it ;)).

    Best of luck anyway...

I can totally understand you sending the item by trackable means - in my experience with ebay its the best way then there is less likelihood of them doing an item not arrived dispute. If it keeps going on open a dispute with paypal or even contact paypal and see what they advise doing?

  • Update- she has failed to respond to any of the emails sent to her so I have filed a NPB.
Now, will Ebay rule in her favour because she has paid twice(albeit the wrong amount) and I have refunded her?
