Have to say I'm a bit dissapointed with my size 8 bag this time. I have received:

    - Long sleeve jersey boatneck top, same as the following but in a lightish dusty purple colour. Not really my colour but would wear it if it's there.

    - Light mustard coloured jersey long sleeve long top/dress in a 'balloon' style with a cowl neck and 2 small pockets. Would be ok but not keen on the colour. Might possibly wear it but not keen.

    - Navy blue jersey sleeveless dress with detachable white sash to tie round waste. Not really my style also too big and a little bit too short. Wont wear it.

    - Light-medium blue with hint of purple jersey top with long sleeves and high neck which buttons up the back. Not my colour or style so wont wear it.

    - Very dark navy blue jersey top with pleat front and short sleeves. Quite like this so would wear it.

So to summarise, I have 5 jersey items, 1 I like, 1 is ok so will wear so it's not wasted, 1 I might bring myself to wear but not keen, and 2 I will defiantly not wear. And even the one I like isn't anything special, wouldn't have brought it. Quite disappointed that nothing really decent in the bag this time, just jersey items. Last time I had a jumper, silk shirt, 3 jersey tops, hat, necklace and ring.

I know it says 5 items or more but I thought the numbers would depend a bit on the value of the item. I imagined one might have 5 things if one of them was a good jacket or something, or 7 or 8 items if they were jersey stuff like mine. Last time I got 8 things all together, 2 of which were pretty decent, more expensive things. This time only 5, nothing expensive seeming.

Deciding whether to send back but they are sold out no so couldn't get a replacement. I paid £28 for the bag, £4.50 delivery and would prob cost about the same or little more to send it back so I'd effectively get about £23 back having so might aswell keep a couple of things and try and ebay the rest.

I received my size 10 bag yesterday and have to say I'm very dissappointed with it. There is nothing at all I would wear. I guess I got lucky with the first bag I ordered which was lovely.

I'm also debating whether to return it and pay the postage costs etc or just ebay the items. I think some of the things are so hideous that I can't imagine who would buy them!

I got this skirt which I only found a picture of on a Fashion Police website! It's truly awful, really thin material and a crazy shape.

I don't know if I will buy one of these bags again, I was tempted by the 20% off code this time!

I agree FelinePrincess that the quality of the items seems much lower than the last time I ordered, really the last dregs of what they could never sell.

Can someone give me advice on the sizes please - I'm a generous size 14, hopefully shrinking further :o. Are the sizes quite generous or should I go for 16?

    Gallygirl, go for a 14.

Felineprincess, I like that dress. :D It would look nice with the sash tied at the back. Shame it doesn't fit. :(

Thanks Sublime! I quite like the waistband part, just not the rest of it. Maybe I can make a belt out of it, if only I could sew...

Anyway, probably won't stop me ordering another bag one day, I'm hooked on these goody bags! :o

Oh dear, that skirt is quite unfortunate. Not very wearable in my opinion. Although there is probably some really trendy, kooky people out there that would love that!

    What else did you get?

Yeah, I'm quite surprised at how big it is, as I am a larger size 8 (desparetly clinging on to being a size 8 as long as I can! :rotfl:) and everything else from people tree has fitted fine but this is more like a 10-12

I received my new box yesterday and I'm disappointed. I was pleased with my first box - size 16 - I got a red and white striped jersey top which I like, a long sleeved black jersey top with a v neck which I like, a silk blouse which I never would have bought but I like, some black trousers which didn't fit but I gave to my sister, a pale gungy purple jersey top which I'm not keen on, a wooden necklace, a red and white ring and a black woolly hat with a flower on, all of which I like.

This time (size 16 again) however I received another gungy purple top but this time more like a rugby shirt which I don't like, a bright green cotton top which ok but too big, a tweed skirt which is nice enough but not me, a really cheap looking spaghetti strap pale pink vest with pale turquoise edging which looks awful and I guess should be underwear or pjs, a thin cream knitted scarf which is my favourite thing in the box, a cream knitted hat which I'm not keen on and a glass bead charm keyring thing which wouldn't work as a keyring as it's attached with a long piece of cotton which would soon break. I'd hoped for at least one item which is a bit exciting but everything in this box is either boring or not nice.

I don't know what to do as I resent loosing the money if I return it but it seems stupid to keep it when I wont get any use out of any of it. I did think I'd stick stuff on ebay but I can't see anyone paying much for any of it. If it was an option I guess I'd gamble on an exchange but if they're sold out so I guess I can't.

Maybe it's for the best as at least it will stop me ordering anymore boxes!

    hi all

i ordered a size 16 last month, then got an email a couple of weeks later to say the had run out...i opted to wait till they had some more in stock, and it arrived yesterday....

have to say i was incredibly disappointed, not one thing i would wear

red high neck buttoned long sleeved jersey
black high neck buttoned long sleeved jersey..... can u see a pattern emerging
teal cowl neck long sleeved jersey
    rust hoodie long sleeved jersey
    mustard long sleeved jersey
    pale green jersey leggins
    green hand knitted sleeves

i emailed people tree to say how disappointed i was, particularly with the lack of variety as the website says varied products in the goody bag ...their response was that they had no control over what the contents were in the goody bag ....hmmm, i had previously returned a (size 14) goody bag in sept at my own cost so this time i asked for a returns label...they gave me a freepost address and i posted it back yesterday...sorry didn't think to keep a copy of the addy, but u can email them

don't think i'll bother again, 2 duff bags and a waste of time

    hth
